whoa. so, sb and i went out at 11:49 pace and somehow ended up coming back at 10:18 pace. whoops. no wonder i felt so tired. it ended up averaging out to 11:03 pace for just over 1.5 miles.

for some reason the tops of my feet have been hurting lately. i tried loosening the laces of my shoes, but it's not helping. very strange. i'm just going to figure it's been so long since i've run somewhat regularly that my feet aren't used to it yet.

good news is that it was another beautiful day in chicago. i really wish we had more of a spring. i propose that because days like this are so few and far between, mayor daley should declare "it's gorgeous for once in chicago...don't go to work" days.
