windy. very windy.
felt ok, but i still have residual yuckiness that needs to go away before these runs start to feel good. today was supposed to be a rest day, but i had to adjust the training schedule because of the germs. i didn't hit my mileage for the week, but again...i felt like shit so it just wasn't going to happen. let's hope next week is better.
tomorrow: cross training
