cross training
thank you, sb, for letting me borrow your runner's world because it's the only way i can get through cross training. i hate riding the stationary bike. it's so freaking boring. i did get through it, and then i lifted upper body.
however, on a happier and more interesting note, ks kicked some serious ass at boston. she said she hurts all over, but her femur didn't break in the middle of the race so that's really all that matters. plus, she freakin pr'd. who pr's at boston? amazing.
tomorrow: i think i'm supposed to do a hill workout...
