12 miles
well, i made it. that was officially the longest run i've ever done. my legs still feel like shit, but at least i didn't have to drop out. the pace leaders said i should cut either one or both of my short runs this week because they're pretty sure i'm suffering from fatigue. i hate feeling weak.
note to self: do not put gu packets down your sports bra - it makes for interesting rub marks/blisters. gross.
