well, my life seems to be full of irony lately. for the past week, i thought the prospect of my training getting any better was hopeless. today, the first song on the shuffle is "hopeless," and i thought that was fairly appropriate. however, i actually felt pretty damn great. go figure. let's just hope that feeling continues through this sunday.
