first song on the shuffle: too angry to remember

well, it's official. my quad is totally jacked up. it hurt with the first step i took on today's run. i'm so f'ing pissed off. i made it just under 5 miles before i had to stop. it hurts to walk now. oh, and did i mention that my calf started to cramp up at around mile 3? yeah.

this is bullshit.
