yep, that's my ankle
and no, it's not usually that fat.
we were doing my kind of workout at bootcamp tonight - an interval workout. unfortunately at the start of the second round, i wasn't paying attention, and i stepped down on a big knot of wood. next thing i knew, i felt my ankle crack, i began to fall, and then i was on the ground writhing in pain.
i'm fairly certain it's just a bad sprain. i'm not going to worry unless it's still swollen and painful in maybe 4 or 5 more days.
i hate being so accident prone.
